Zheng Chongbin, born in Shanghai in 1961, currently lives and works in California, the United States, and Shanghai, China. In 1984, he graduated from Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art), where he earned a bachelor’s degree. In 1991, he pursued his master’s degree at San Francisco Art Institute. From 1984 to 1988, he taught at the Department of Chinese Painting of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts.
