Antonio Ievolella was born in Benevento, southern Italy, in 1952. He takes up residence and sets up his studio in Padua. His first solo exhibition was held at the Studio La Città Gallery in Verona in 1987, and this led to a long-lasting association with Hélène de Franchis, invaluable since it gave his works international influence.
